Magic, I’m gathering 3

Full disclosure. I’ve been evangelising about magic, how it pretty much got me through the Pandemic and my love for it.

I haven’t been putting in the practise which is why I only know *maybe*half a dozen tricks well enough to show.

Last night I attended a *wonderful* show in the Black Box. Four magicians went around table to table showing us lovely lovely coin and card tricks.

Reader, I was like a 5 year old on the best Xmas morning ever.

The upshot is that I’m in contact with a Northern Irish magician to chat magic over coffee and consider tutoring/mentoring/practise.

Who knows where this will go, if anywhere at all. This is now just going to be the blog of a 48 year old GenX cishet fella from the North of Ireland/Northern Ireland/Ulster (I don’t care). I’l l keep the waving my fists at clouds to a bare minimum. There’ll be poems and playing cards, opinions and all sorts. Some of it will be an attempt to begin a conversation.
